A workshop to learn the what, the how, and the why of yoga therapy for stress and burnout

  • People that are running on fumes, fueled by stress, and heading toward burnout… you’re my people! Come out to learn how to stop the pattern in its tracks and begin choosing a new way to engage with yourself, your work, and your relationships.

  • If you’re not interested in holistic wellness this isn’t your workshop. If you’re reading this and that’s you, you’ve landed on the wrong site ;)

  • Just yourself and a curious mind! I’ll provide chai and entertainment. You just show up in what I like to call “comfy cozy” clothes.
